Create trust relationships with clients, make sure that they do not turn to competition. They need to acquire a deep understanding of key customer needs and requirements align with mission and vision of the company.
Insure to make a trusting relationship between major key clients and the Third Party Company.
Research key customer wants and needs.
Suggest solutions that answer client?s needs.
Ensure the ordered products are delivered in a timely manner.
Serve as contact point for key customers and internal teams.
Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.
Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients.
Create reports if needed.
Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices.
Fully aware and actively implement the departmental policies and procedures, local and international standards or requirements related to the department.
Actively involves in indicator development, data collection for the department and to measure the performance of the function, process, and outcome. Whenever required, conducts analysis and interpretation of data/information collected.
Participate in hospital Safety Management & Risk Management Programs. Actively reports incidents in the system and whenever needed, participates in incident review, and root cause analysis.
Performs any other duties within the range of his/her competence, as directed by the Revenue Cycle Director.
1-3 years? previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience.
Bachelor?s degree in business administration, or relevant field.
