Key Accounts & Reporting Executive (QuickBooks)

Job Description:

Aspire 92 is seeking an experienced Key Account Reporting Specialist (QuickBooks) with a strong background in finance and accounting, preferably holding an ACCA qualification or a degree in Accounting/Finance. The incumbent will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and managing financial reports for key clients using QuickBooks Online and related accounting tools.

This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and the capability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with company policies, and support decision-making through precise data management and insights.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and reconciliations in QuickBooks Online.
• Manage and analyze financial data for key accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Generate periodic financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow analyses.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with internal finance and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of client-specific financial summaries and performance dashboards.
• Identify discrepancies, perform variance analyses, and suggest corrective actions where necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of accounting procedures and reporting workflows.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance reporting efficiency and data accuracy.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• ACCA qualification or a degree in Accounting/Finance is preferred.
• Proven experience working with QuickBooks Online and other accounting/reporting systems.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, reporting standards, and reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple reporting tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in supporting U.S.-based clients or working in a virtual accounting environment will be an advantage.
