Role Tasks- Key Accounts Manager – Institutional Sales

Education : A bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business administration.  3 to 5 years of Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in Institutional, Industrial, B2B Sales, knowledge of government procurement processes is a plus. Having worked with multiple accounts simultaneously and proven track record of institutional sales or key accounts management, preferably in a technical or construction-related field.

What is Expected :

 Promoting the company's existing services and introducing any new product/Services from beginning: Identify, develop, and manage key corporate, industrial, and government accounts, Factories, warehouses, commercial Buildings, IT parks etc company’s services.

 Build strong relationships with decision makers by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

 Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, requirement mapping, proposal submission, negotiation, closure, and get Invoice payments.

 Conduct site surveys, provide technical presentations, and offer custom solutions.

 Work closely with the tendering team/ Management to monitor and participate in government bids and tenders.

 Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and monthly reporting to management.

 Meet sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

 Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

 Monitor competition (pricing changes and new products and features
