Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Kindergarten Teacher who understands early childhood development and can create a joyful, safe, and engaging classroom environment. The ideal candidate should be warm, patient, creative, and skilled in handling young learners while maintaining strong communication with parents and the school team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons based on early childhood learning principles.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Use play-based and activity-based teaching methodologies.
• Develop children’s social, emotional, language, cognitive, and motor skills.
• Observe and assess student progress and maintain records.
• Prepare classroom learning materials, worksheets, and displays.
• Manage classroom routines and positive behaviour strategies.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development and progress.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
• Collaborate with co-teachers, coordinators, and support staff.

Required Qualifications

• Early Childhood Education / Montessori Training / TTC
• Minimum 2–5 years of Kindergarten or Pre-Primary teaching experience.
• Strong understanding of child psychology and early years pedagogy.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Creative, energetic, and child-friendly personality.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in reputed CBSE or progressive schools.
• Ability to integrate storytelling, music, art, and activity-based learning.
• Classroom management and parent engagement skills.
• Basic digital literacy (smart classroom / digital tools).
