We are seeking a passionate and energetic Kindergarten Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their foundational years. Duties

  • Design and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy education, math, and social skills development
  • Develop engaging curricula that incorporate learning technology and hands-on activities to enhance student participation
  • Manage classroom behavior through positive behavior management strategies and classroom management techniques
  • Support children with special needs by applying inclusive teaching practices and working with individuals with autism or in early intervention programs
  • Incorporate physical education activities to promote motor skills, coordination, and overall health
  • Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, standardized testing preparations, and educational administration tasks
  • Utilize proofreading skills to review student work and ensure clarity in communication with parents and staff
  • Implement literacy education strategies and support tutoring efforts to improve reading and writing skills among students

Experience

  • Prior classroom experience working with young children in early childhood education settings or private schools is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to develop age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate learning technology and educational tools
  • Experience working with children with diverse needs
  • Strong communication skills for effectively working with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators
  • Demonstrated ability to manage classrooms effectively while fostering a nurturing environment for all children

Pay: $38,984.67 - $53,275.86 per year
