- Greet customers and engage them to assess their needs.
- Demonstrate products effectively to highlight features and benefits.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales goals.
- Answer customer questions and address concerns.
- Close sales and complete transactions efficiently.
- Process customer payments accurately (cash, credit, or digital payments).
- Manage cash drawer and ensure proper change is given.
- Monitor sales and report daily figures to management.
- Ensure the kiosk is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Update product displays to match current sales and promotions.
- Ensure that inventory levels are sufficient and re-stock products as needed
- Promote sales, discounts, and limited-time offers.
- Hand out promotional materials (e.g., flyers, brochures) to potential customers.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to sales, safety, and customer service.
