Are you looking for a dynamic and hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking a dedicated Cabinet Assembler to join our team at Arcade Green, a market leader of high-quality cabinetry and flooring solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble kitchen cabinets and related components according to company standards and specifications.
• Inspect and troubleshoot assembled cabinets for any defects or issues, making necessary adjustments.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of finished products, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline assembly processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a safe and productive working environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

Qualifications:

• Punctuality and reliability are essential
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Previous experience using hand tools and working with wood is preferred
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly salary ($20 -$25 per hour) based on performance
• Full-time, weekday schedule (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM) – 35 hours/week
• Paid brakes 10:00am-10:15am and 2:15pm-2:30pm
