Managing Designer – Kitchen & Bath Sales

Full-Time | Base + Commission + Bonuses

We are hiring a Managing Designer to lead kitchen and bath cabinetry sales in our retail showroom.

If you have experience in kitchen design, cabinetry sales, 2020 Design, remodeling sales, or interior design, this is a high-earning opportunity in a fast-growing, relationship-focused company.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct showroom and in-home design consultations
• Create 2020 kitchen and bath designs
• Prepare estimates and close cabinetry sales
• Manage client communication and project timelines
• Build relationships with homeowners and local professionals

Qualifications:

• Sales experience (kitchen, bath, remodeling, or home improvement preferred)
• 2020 Design software experience strongly preferred
• Strong closing skills and customer service mindset
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
