Kitchen Designer

LC Design Concepts is growing and looking to add an experienced Kitchen Designer to our team. This is a full-time, 100% commission-based position with the potential to earn well over $125,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand project goals, style preferences, and budgets
• Create detailed kitchen layouts and design concepts using 20/20 Design software
• Recommend cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, finishes, and related products
• Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and professional design plans
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through final sale
• Travel to job sites for measurements, consultations, and follow-ups
• Maintain strong product knowledge of current kitchen trends and appliance brands
• Follow up with leads and cultivate long-term client relationships
• Support ongoing client relationships through account management and consistent communication
• Manage multiple active projects with strong attention to detail

Requirements

• Proficiency in 20/20 Design software
• Prior experience in kitchen design (training is not provided)
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites
• Personal cell phone
• Strong understanding of kitchen layouts and space planning principles
• Knowledge of construction processes and interior design fundamentals
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with strong closing abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with POS systems, retail math, and merchandising strategies

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales within the remodeling, renovation, or high-end kitchen industry
• 2+ years of kitchen design and/or sales experience preferred
