Kitchen Designer/Sales Associate

Kitchen Designer / Sales must know 20/20 design software.

At the core of our customer experience strategy is the Designer role, which exemplifies our commitment to service excellence. Designers deliver prompt, professional, and solution-oriented support to customers throughout their kitchen and bath projects. Responsibilities include working closely with clients, contractors, and vendors, conducting needs assessments, facilitating showroom tours, scheduling measurement appointments, providing expert consultations on room design, product selection and adhere to company standards.

This position requires strong sales skills, customer-focused mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for design. Ideal candidates will thrive in a collaborative environment and demonstrate a consistent ability to translate customer needs into tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty. This position is on-site (Not Remote).
