Kitchen Equipment Technician

  • Troubleshooting Kitchen Equipment
  • Installation/Servicing/Repairing of Hot and Cold Kitchen Equipment and Gas water heater and Gas dryer
  • Diagnosing and Repairing Malfunctions in a Timely and Efficient manner.
  • Performing Preventive Maintenance tasks to ensure Optimal Performance of Equipment.
  • Responding to Service Calls and Troubleshooting Equipment issues on-site.
  • Collaborating with the Team to Ensure Smooth Operations and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Documenting Service activities, including Repairs, Replacements, and Parts used.

· To ventilate equipment and controls making sure they operate efficiently and continuously.

· Perform regular maintenance work on cooling units.

· Install, replace, or repair equipment that has been damaged.

· To make adjustment and do calibrations of thermostatic controls.

· Install new air-conditioning systems and equipment.

· Inspect and maintain refrigerators and ice machines, and chilled water supply systems.

· Clean blowers and coils, check tensions of belts and motors.

· They make plans and designs of new air-conditioning systems including their installation and maintenance.

· To ensure all other electrical appliances are working fine.

· Adhere to company operating policies and procedures.

· Other ad hoc duties as assigned by shift in-charge
