Kitchen Equipment Technician

• Install, service, and repair commercial kitchen equipment (ovens, fryers, grills, refrigeration, dishwashers, coffee machines, etc.).
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
• Diagnose faults and replace defective parts.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and emergency calls.
• Maintain service records and spare parts usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams.
