Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on all commercial kitchen equipment (Shawarma machines, grills, fryers, ovens, and refrigeration units).
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults quickly to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all equipment operates safely and meets health and safety standards.
• Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record as a Technician specifically within the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical, gas, and refrigeration systems.
• Education: Technical diploma or vocational training in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Attributes: Ability to work under pressure, strong troubleshooting skills, and a "fix-it-right" attitude.
