Kitchen Exhaust Duct Worker

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Kitchen Exhaust Duct Worker to install, maintain, and repair kitchen exhaust systems and ductwork in commercial and industrial kitchens. The ideal candidate should have experience working with sheet metal, ventilation systems, and must follow safety and hygiene standards strictly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install kitchen exhaust ducts, hoods, and ventilation systems according to technical drawings and safety codes.
• Fabricate, cut, assemble, and fit sheet metal parts for ducts using hand and power tools.
• Inspect and test installed systems to ensure proper airflow and compliance with fire safety standards.
• Perform maintenance and cleaning of existing ductwork, hoods, and exhaust fans.
• Seal and insulate duct joints to ensure efficiency and minimize leaks.
• Follow blueprints, layout drawings, and work instructions for accurate installation.
• Work on ladders, scaffolding, and in tight spaces when necessary.
• Comply with fire safety, ventilation, and building code regulations.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades on-site.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Ensure job site cleanliness and follow proper waste disposal procedures.
