Kitchen Helper

Drawing Board Kitchen is seeking a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helper to support daily kitchen operations. The Kitchen Helper will assist chefs and kitchen staff in preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth workflow in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, flexible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in basic food preparation such as washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.

Help in portioning and packing food items as directed.

Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, equipment, utensils, and storage areas.

Support chefs and cooks in carrying ingredients and supplies.

Assist in receiving, unloading, and storing deliveries properly.

Dispose of kitchen waste in a safe and hygienic manner.

Follow all food safety and hygiene standards set by the company.

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is an advantage but not mandatory.

Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions.

Good communication skills, preferably in English;is an advantage.

Physically fit, hardworking, and a team player.
