Kitchen Helper

Assisting in the preparation and production of meals in a central kitchen setting. This role involves working collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure food is prepared safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a commitment to food safety, and a passion for food production.

• Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring food items as per recipes and production plans.
• Cooking and Assembly: Ensure cooked items are assembled correctly and efficiently, adhering to portion control and presentation standards.
• Quality Control: Monitor food quality throughout the production process to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Report any issues to the supervision team.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils. Follow proper sanitation procedures and cleaning schedules.
• Inventory Management: Help with receiving, checking, and storing inventory. Assist in keeping track of stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team, assisting colleagues in other areas as needed to ensure smooth production flow.
• Adherence to Policies: Follow all safety and health regulations and company policies at all times.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
