Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Maintenance:

  • Ensure all kitchen and dining areas are kept clean and organized.
  • Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of floors, surfaces, and equipment according to health and safety standards.

Assisting with Food Preparation:

  • Support chefs and kitchen staff by prepping ingredients and assembling dishes.
  • Assist in plating and serving food during events.

Inventory Management:

  • Help manage supplies and inventory, including tracking stock levels and notifying supervisors when items need to be ordered.
  • Ensure proper storage of food items and supplies.

Event Support:

  • Set up and break down dining areas before and after events.
  • Provide assistance during events, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction.

Health and Safety Compliance:

  • Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines.
  • Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to management.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in catering or food service is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in a kitchen environment with heat and noise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,700.00 per month
