We are seeking an experienced KITCHEN MANAGER to join a renowned café and all-day breakfast restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dynamic kitchen team in one of the city's most beloved dining destinations-known for its vibrant atmosphere, quality ingredients, and breakfast served with flair.

Work Schedule:

6 days on, 1 days off

Accommodation: Not provided (relocation support available)

As ideal candidate you will have:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef in a high-volume café or casual dining environment
• Culinary diploma or professional chef certification preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse kitchen team
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards
• A passion for breakfast and brunch-style cuisine with a flair for presentation and consistency
• Solid understanding of inventory control, cost management, and supplier coordination
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with modern kitchen equipment and maintenance routines
• Ability to train and mentor junior kitchen staff effectively
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving menus, seasonal ingredients, and customer preferences

Salary Package:

• Base salary: SAR
• Duty Meals
