Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring top-quality service, efficient operations, and a high-performing team. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Service Excellence

  • Ensure guests receive exceptional service at all times, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
  • Address guest complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Continuously improve service quality, ambiance, and cleanliness to enhance the dining experience.

Team Leadership & Training

  • Train, and develop restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.
  • Prepare work schedules, manage shift coverage, and ensure optimal staffing levels.

Operational Management

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, including opening, closing, and shift management.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Coordinate effectively between the kitchen and front-of-house teams for seamless service delivery.

Inventory & Cost Control

  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships for timely replenishment.
  • Implement cost-control measures to minimize waste and manage labor costs effectively.
  • Support menu pricing and budgeting to meet profitability targets.

Menu Planning & Promotions

  • Collaborate with the Chef to design menus that align with guest preferences and seasonal offerings.
  • Work with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions, special events, and themed nights.
  • Review menu performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Financial Management

  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance and financial reports.
  • Oversee cash handling and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
  • Identify sales trends and opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.

Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Build strong relationships within the local community to enhance brand visibility.
  • Partner with the marketing team on social media initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies proactively.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or QSR management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and labor management practices.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English
