Perform regular maintenance and preventive servicing of all kitchen refrigeration equipment, including cold rooms, refrigerators, freezers, and blast chillers.
Troubleshoot and repair faults in refrigeration systems, compressors, and related electrical components.
Conduct periodic inspections to ensure equipment is functioning efficiently and safely.
Read and interpret wiring diagrams for identifying and resolving electrical issues.
Provide basic troubleshooting support for kitchen and laundry equipment when required.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies during maintenance activities.
Maintain accurate records of servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
