We are urgently hiring a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Steward to be the backbone of our back-of-house operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to roll up your sleeves, we want you on our team today!

What You Will Do

As our Kitchen Steward, you will keep our kitchen running smoothly and safely during busy services. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Dishwashing: Operate commercial dishwashers and efficiently hand-wash pots, pans, and specialized East Asian serveware, ensuring everything is spotless and ready for service.
• Deep Cleaning: Maintain the highest standards of hygiene by sweeping, mopping, sanitizing work surfaces, and keeping all kitchen areas (including equipment and storage rooms) impeccably clean.
• Waste Management: Safely empty trash bins, manage recycling, and ensure disposal areas are clean and sanitary.
• Team Support: Step in to assist the chefs and kitchen staff wherever needed, from organizing deliveries to basic prep assistance, ensuring a seamless flow during peak dining hours.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward, Dishwasher, or in a similar back-of-house role (hotel or high-volume restaurant experience is a huge plus!).
• Stamina: Ability to comfortably work 12-hour shifts in a hot, fast-paced, and high-energy kitchen environment. You must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy pots or supplies.
• Urgency: Must be available to join immediately. We are looking to fill this role right now.
• Attitude: A strong work ethic, reliability, and a fantastic team-player mindset.
