A Kitchen Technician maintains, repairs, and installs commercial kitchen equipment, focusing on preventive maintenance to ensure safety, optimal performance, and minimal downtime. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, maintaining equipment logs, managing spare parts inventory, and ensuring all equipment adheres to safety and operational standards.

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems in commercial kitchen equipment.
