Availability & Shift Requirements: We are seeking dedicated team members for our Exton, PA location. Please do not apply if you are looking for "Weekends Only" or casual, short-shift work.

• Minimum 30 Hours: Must commit to at least 30 hours per week consistently.
• Schedule: Must be available for at least two (2) weekdays AND one (1) rotating weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday).
• Shift Length: Shifts range from 6 to 10 hours. Physical stamina and the ability to stay focused during long shifts are essential (scheduled breaks provided).

Job Summary

O2 K-BBQ at Exton is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic servers to join our team in a dynamic, high-energy dining environment. Unlike traditional service, a Korean BBQ server is the "host" of the table. You will provide a premium, interactive experience by assisting with table-side grilling, explaining traditional flavors, and ensuring a seamless flow of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Interactive Service: Greet guests, present menus, and provide detailed information on meat cuts, marinades, and banchan pairings.
• Table-Side Grilling: Monitor grills and assist guests with cooking/cutting meats to ensure quality standards and safety.
• Operational Excellence: Use POS systems to take accurate orders and process payments (cash and card) with high attention to detail.
• Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain a spotless dining area. This includes proactive bussing, sanitizing tables, and managing grill-related cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Guest Satisfaction: Monitor guest needs throughout 8–10 hour shifts, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and fellow servers within our tip-sharing model to ensure the entire restaurant succeeds.

Requirements & Experience

• Experience: Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Basic math skills for accurate payment processing and familiarity with POS systems.
• Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple tables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays in a high-heat environment for the duration of a long shift.
• Hospitality Mindset: A passion for Korean cuisine and a commitment to providing a "memorable experience" rather than just delivering food.
