Korean Bilingual Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staffing Recruiter to support our hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions. This role is responsible for identifying qualified talent, maintaining candidate pipelines, and facilitating the interview process with client management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job boards, databases, social media, and other recruiting platforms
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit
• Contact candidates via phone, email, and messaging to present job opportunities
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client management
• Maintain accurate candidate records and track progress
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding candidate status and hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bilingual (English/Korean) is a plus

• Fast-paced staffing environment

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Experience:

• Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
