Job Summary

We are looking for a KPO (Key Punch Operator) for our paint company who can handle data entry work properly and on time. The main job of this position is to enter sales, stock, invoices, customer details, and dispatch records into the system accurately.

Jd's:

• Enter daily sales orders, invoices, stock entries, and dispatch details into the system.
• Update and maintain customer, dealer, and retailer records properly.
• Keep accurate record of paint products, shades, pack sizes, and stock movement.
• Record stock inward and outward details from warehouse and branches.
• Support the sales team by entering order bookings and daily sales data.
• Maintain proper record of customer orders and sales history.
• Enter and update customer payment details, credit sales, .
• Update dispatch and delivery records accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, warehouse, and office staff for correct data entry.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports when required.
• Keep all office records, invoices, files, and reports organized and updated.
• Ensure all entries are accurate, complete, and entered on time.
• Help management by providing correct data and reports whenever needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle company records in a responsible and professional manner.

Qualification

• Intermediate / Graduation preferred
• Computer course will be a plus

Experience

• 1 to 2 years of experience in data entry or office work preferred
• Experience in paint industry will be an advantage

Location: Near PSE law College Saggya baypass lahore
Timing: 8am-6pm
