Job Title: Customer Care Intern

Location: Riyadh – Roshan Front

Department: Customer Care KSA

Duration: [6 months]

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Assist in tracking and updating order status using pre-prepared, non-sensitive reports.
• Support the team in preparing daily and weekly operational summaries.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, warehouse, customer care) for status follow-ups.
• Help maintain organized documentation and filing of operational records.
• Support in preparing presentations and reports for internal meetings.
• Perform general administrative tasks as required by the Customer Care team

Qualifications & Skills

• 
  Business fluency in English and Arabic
• Highly organized
• Experience with and proficiency using SAP and the Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Minimum education level: University (Bachelor’s Degree)
• A completed a degree in English, Business Administration, Supply chain, Logistics, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and leading skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to handle tasks with confidentiality and professionalism
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
