About The Role

We are looking for an L1 Support Intern to join our Support team. In this role, you will assist in providing high-quality customer service through chat and ticketing systems, gain hands-on experience in diagnosing technical issues, and support clients in resolving their concerns. This internship is designed to give you practical exposure to customer support, troubleshooting, and professional communication.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist in providing chat and ticketing support to address clients’ requests related to software usage.
  • Learn to ask targeted questions to better understand client issues.
  • Support the team in conducting remote troubleshooting under supervision.
  • Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support when needed.
  • Help document and report customer feedback and potential product requests.
  • Follow up with clients, under guidance, to ensure their concerns are resolved.
  • Maintain flexibility with working hours to support timely responses.
  • Develop active listening and communication skills to address client concerns.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field is a must
  • Previous exposure to IT support, internships, or projects is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
