Position Summary:
The Senior IT Application Administrator is responsible for the end-to-end management, configuration, and support of ERP modules related to Sales & Distribution (SD) and Merchandising. This role ensures the seamless operation of business-critical applications, supports cross-functional teams, and leads continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and business process alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 ERP Application Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for all SD and Merchandising module-related issues and enhancements.

Configure and maintain master data, pricing structures, customer hierarchies, and merchandising attributes.

Ensure system availability, performance, and data integrity across all supported modules.
🔹 Business Process Optimization

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align ERP functionality with operational needs.

Analyze and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Lead the implementation of new features, process improvements, and system upgrades.
🔹 Support & Troubleshooting

Provide Level 2/3 support for end users, resolving incidents and service requests in a timely manner.

Monitor system logs and performance metrics to proactively identify and resolve issues.

Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams for escalated support and patch management.
🔹 Project Leadership

Lead or support ERP-related projects, including rollout of merchandising tools, mobile sales apps, and integration with third-party platforms.

Conduct UAT, training sessions, and prepare user manuals and SOPs.
🔹 Compliance & Documentation

Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, data governance, and audit requirements.

Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, workflows, and change logs.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP application administration, with a focus on Sales & Distribution and Merchandising modules.

Strong knowledge of SAP SD or equivalent ERP systems.

Experience with merchandising tools, planogram management, and retail execution platforms.

Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with mobile sales force automation and merchandising apps.
