Job Summary:
We’re looking for a proactive Desktop Support Engineer (L1) to provide first-level technical support and ensure smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite/remote support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.
  • Manage user accounts, email setup, and basic Active Directory tasks
  • Log incidents, track resolutions, and escalate complex issues as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in desktop or technical support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 per month
