Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex web application issues.
  • Analyze logs, APIs, and SQL queries to identify root causes.
  • Escalate unresolved issues with detailed documentation.
  • Communicate with users and provide effective solutions.
  • Perform configuration updates, release checks, and smoke tests.
  • Maintain knowledge base and suggest long-term fixes.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years’ experience in web application support.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, .NET, or Visual Basic and REST APIs.
  • Proficient in SQL (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
