L2 Support Technician

Job Title: L2 Support Technician.

Location: Bahrain - Locally Available Candidates only.

Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented "L2 Support Technician" to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate must have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in component-level repairs of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, TVs, and other digital/electronic devices.

◾ Key Responsibilities:

-Perform component-level repairs of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, TVs, and other digital/electronic devices.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.

- Provide L2 technical support for issues escalated from the L1 support team.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems (Windows 10, 11, etc.).

- Conduct regular maintenance and system upgrades to ensure optimal device performance.

◾ Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: BD500.000 per month
