Lab Incharge

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Lab Incharge to oversee day-to-day operations of our laboratory. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment handling, and quality standards to ensure accurate and timely test results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all laboratory activities and staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Oversee sample collection, testing, and reporting processes.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of lab tests and delivery of reports.
• Train and guide junior technicians and support staff.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for lab-related needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
• 10 to15 years of experience in a diagnostic laboratory or hospital setting.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory instruments, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
