Qualification

Diploma / bachelor's degree in medical laboratory technology (DMLT / BMLT)

knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety standards

Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, label, and process patient specimens (blood, urine, stool, tissue, etc.)
• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests as per standard procedures
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments
• Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of test results
• Maintain laboratory records, registers, and test reports
• Follow infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols
• Handle and dispose of biomedical waste according to hospital guidelines
• Assist doctors and pathologists with diagnostic procedures
• Monitor inventory and request laboratory supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
