Lab technician

Collect blood, urine, stool, and other biological samples following standard procedures

Perform routine laboratory tests (hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, serology, etc.)

Prepare samples, reagents, and laboratory equipment for testing

Record, verify, and report test results accurately

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the laboratory

Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments

Follow NABL / ISO / hospital quality standards

Dispose biomedical waste as per regulations

Assist pathologists and doctors when required

Maintain laboratory records and inventory

Qualifications & Skills:

DMLT / BMLT / MMLT or equivalent qualification

Proven experience as a Lab Technician (Hospital / Diagnostic Center)

Knowledge of laboratory equipment and safety standards

Attention to detail and accuracy

Basic computer knowledge (LIS, MS Excel)

Good communication skills
