Labor Foreman

Job Description:

The Labor Foreman will oversee and manage a crew of laborers on various construction and maintenance projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and plans.

Key responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of laborers and tradespeople on-site.
• Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders.
• Train and mentor crew members to improve productivity and quality of work.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Manage tools, materials, and equipment necessary for each project.
