Labor Supervisor – Steel Industry

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Labor Supervisor to oversee our workforce operations in the steel industry. The candidate must be able to handle labor concerns, coordinate daily activities, ensure discipline, and support HR/Management in maintaining smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities of labour teams on site.
• Handle labour concerns, complaints, attendance issues, and conflict resolution.
• Assign tasks and ensure workers follow safety and company policies.
• Coordinate with production, HR, and management for manpower requirements.
• Monitor labour performance and report any issues immediately.
• Maintain labour attendance and daily manpower reports in Excel.
• Ensure discipline, punctuality, and proper behaviour of workforce.
• Support new labour onboarding, accommodation, and welfare issues.
• Improve labour productivity and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Any discipline).
• 2–5 years experience as Labour Supervisor / Foreman / Manpower Coordinator (preferably in steel industry or manufacturing).
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-handling skills.
• Good communication skills in Hindi/English/Urdu (Arabic languages an advantage).
• Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills (attendance sheets, manpower reports).
• Ability to manage large groups of workers under pressure.
• Must be available in UAE for immediate joining.
