Laboratory Courier

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Courier. As a Courier, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting specimens from physician offices and home healths to our laboratory. This position requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Duties:

- Safely operate a motor vehicle to transport specimens

- Load and unload specimens from the vehicle

- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely pick-ups

- Ensure all pick-ups are completed accurately and on time

- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor during interactions with customers

- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle

Skills:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Proven experience as a courier preferred

- Excellent knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers

- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving packages
