Laboratory Manager - Male

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Lab Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our laboratory. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory standards while optimizing workflow efficiency and maintaining high-quality testing standards. This role requires strong leadership, operational management, and a deep understanding of laboratory protocols and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, ensuring smooth workflow and resource optimization
• Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to ensure high productivity and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, including local UAE guidelines
• Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality control measures
• Train, mentor, and evaluate lab staff to promote ongoing development and adherence to best practices
• Manage the laboratory budget, procurement, inventory control, and vendor relationships
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, reports, and records as required by internal policies and external audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of laboratory experience in the UAE, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and quality assurance standards
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and lead teams confidently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
