Laboratory Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and conduct standard laboratory tests on soil, rock, groundwater.

Log, label, and organize samples according to established procedures.

Record test results accurately and assist with basic data analysis.

Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper calibration of laboratory equipment.

Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.

Support senior technicians and the Laboratory Manager in specialized testing and reporting.

Participate in training and development programs to build technical skills.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Laboratory Technology, Civil Engineering, Geology, Geosciences, Earth Sciences, or a related field

Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and material testing

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standards and instructions

Effective communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to work in a laboratory environment.
