Labour and works supervisor

• Oversee daily production activities to meet targets.
• Allocate work to labourers and monitor performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Maintain discipline and resolve minor labour issues.
• Train and guide workers for efficiency.
• Monitor raw material usage and reduce wastage.
• Report progress, delays, and manpower requirements to management.
• Coordinate between labourers and higher management.
