Position Summary
The Ladies Program Supervisor oversees the planning, coordination, and daily operation of all ladies-only swimming programs within the swim school. This role ensures program quality, safety, customer satisfaction, and smooth communication between staff, parents, and management. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining high standards of service, supervising female instructors and lifeguards, and ensuring adherence to the swim school’s curriculum and policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Management
- Oversee all ladies-only swim classes, ensuring adherence to the approved curriculum and teaching standards.
- Plan class schedules in coordination with the operations team to ensure optimal lane usage and class capacity.
- Monitor class progress, update student placements, and ensure accurate reports and assessments are completed on time.
- Coordinate registrations, cancellations, make-up classes, and special ladies programs.
2. Staff Supervision
- Lead and supervise all female swim instructors, lifeguards, and customer service staff assigned to the ladies program.
- Conduct regular evaluations, coaching sessions, and training updates for instructors to maintain teaching quality.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, performance, and conduct.
- Ensure staff compliance with uniform, safety, and customer service standards.
3. Customer Experience & Communication
- Maintain excellent communication with parents and female clients, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Handle complaints, special requests, and student progress discussions with sensitivity and clarity.
- Ensure customer service team provides accurate information about ladies programs, schedules, and policies.
- Support with community outreach and marketing initiatives targeting the ladies segment.
4. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure that all classes follow safety protocols and risk-management standards.
- Confirm that lifeguards are positioned appropriately and actively supervising.
- Report incidents, near misses, and hazards immediately according to company procedures.
- Ensure pool safety equipment is in place and functional.
5. Operational Duties
- Oversee the setup and transition of lanes and equipment before and after ladies sessions.
- Coordinate with facility management to ensure cleanliness, privacy, and readiness of ladies-only areas.
- Prepare and submit weekly operational and attendance reports to management.
- Assist with registration drives, open days, assessments, and internal events.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Female candidate (to comply with ladies-only program requirements).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aquatics supervision, or sports program management.
- Certified swimming coach / insturctor with proven expirence in Teaching
- Being a former competitve swimmer is a bouns.
- Valid lifeguard and first aid/CPR certifications preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage fast-moving operations.
Working Hours
- Based on swim school ladies program schedule, including evenings and weekends when required.
