Ladies Salon Supervisor

SALON EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Staff Management:Hiring, training, and supervising salon staff, including hairstylists, estheticians, and support personnel.
Creating work schedules and managing staff performance.

Customer Service:Ensuring excellent customer service is provided to clients.
Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

Inventory Management:Monitoring and managing salon inventory, including beauty products, equipment, and retail items.
Ordering supplies and maintaining appropriate stock levels.

Financial Management:Budgeting and financial planning to ensure the salon operates within financial targets.
Tracking revenue, expenses, and profitability.

Marketing and Promotion:Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Organizing promotions, events, and collaborations to increase salon visibility.

Salon Maintenance:Overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of the salon space and equipment.
Arranging for repairs and updates as needed.

Compliance with Regulations:Ensuring the salon complies with health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.
