Located at: Wadsworth & Mississippi
Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: 3 days per week, with Tuesdays required and flexibility on the other two days. The schedule will be 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with a guaranteed minimum of 21 hours per week.
Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out
Commitment/Contract Length: This is a short-term position for 3 months, with the potential to extend longer-term if it’s a great match.
Start Date: Flexible start date, with a preference for the first week of May.

Children's Ages: Care will be for one newborn baby boy, currently 10 weeks old.
About the Children:
This sweet little one is a happy, healthy baby and a true bundle of joy! He is currently on a combination of nursing and formula feeding.
As a newborn, care will be centered around feeding, naps, and engaging developmental interaction.
About the Family:
This is a laid-back, hands-on family welcoming their first baby.
Both parents work full-time for themselves and have some flexibility in their schedules. Mom will be home approximately 50–60% of the time and plans to return more fully to work in May.
They enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle—think walks, runs, and in-home workouts—and are looking for someone who will blend naturally into their home and parenting style.
About the Pets:
There are no pets in the home.
Additional Notes:
The family lives right next to a park, offering a great environment for fresh air and walks with the baby.
Key Responsibilities
A day in the life...
Standard Duties:
All standard nanny duties are required, with a focus on baby-related tasks, including baby’s laundry and linens, bottle preparation and cleaning, keeping baby’s areas tidy and organized and engaging, hands-on care and developmental play.
Travel Requirements:
No travel is required for this position.
Desired Skills And Abilities
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…
2+ years of experience with newborn care.
Engaging, hands-on caregiver who is present and attentive (minimal phone use)
Someone who is proactive, nurturing, and enjoys working closely with parents who may be in and out of the home.
A candidate who aligns well with a faith-based household is highly desired.
Compensation And Benefits
Let’s talk dollars and cents…
Rate of Pay (gross):
The family is offering $30 - $32/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to a compensation of $7,560 - $8,060 for the 3-months (gross).

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
