We are hiring for Land acquisition Manager

Location-Chennai

Salary - UPTO 15 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities

1 Identifying of land parcels through various sources - site visits, Landowner/CP meeting & coordinating for deal closure, MOU, Sale agreements, JV/OR Proposal

2 Site feasibility study and planning for creatives. Supervising the technical team

3 Handling clients and negotiation & closure of deals

4 CP Co-ordination, corporate presentations for all available lands for B2B sales

5 Reporting to management on B2B Sales collections, ROI, acquisition expenditure & CP/sales & marketing expenditure

6 Training & supervising the teams - technical, telesales & B2B sales team

7 Setting up the target & monitoring team performance & day to day activities

8 Manage the marketing budget & supervise the ATL, BTL & Technical as required
