Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional to handle land sourcing, negotiation, and acquisition for our upcoming real estate projects in and around Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential land parcels for residential/commercial development.
• Handle negotiations, documentation, and registration processes.
• Coordinate with landowners, brokers, and legal teams for due diligence.
• Maintain accurate land records and track acquisition progress.
• Stay updated on government norms, zoning laws, and approval processes.
• Develop and maintain a network of reliable land agents and local contacts to source new opportunities.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in land procurement or acquisition (real estate preferred).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of land documentation and legal processes.
• Willingness to travel within Chennai and nearby areas.
