Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to support our interior fit-out projects by ensuring accurate site measurements, layout coordination, and as-built documentation. The Land Surveyor will work closely with project managers, engineers, designers, and site teams to ensure precision in all spatial and dimensional aspects of the project.

• Degree or diploma in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in surveying, preferably with exposure to interior fit-out or building construction.
• Proficient in surveying tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Total Station, GPS equipment).
• Strong knowledge of construction and fit-out methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
