Land Surveyor

Job Title: Land Surveyor (UAE Experience 5 Years)

Job Summary:
The Land Surveyor is responsible for measuring, mapping, and analysing land features to support construction, civil engineering, and development projects. This role ensures accurate survey data for site planning, design, and construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land surveys using modern surveying instruments (total stations, GPS, levels, etc.).
• Prepare accurate maps, site plans, and layouts based on survey data.
• Measure distances, angles, and elevations to determine property boundaries and topography.
• Verify and review legal descriptions, property lines, and existing site data.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and construction teams for design and planning purposes.
• Maintain detailed records of field data, measurements, and calculations.
• Perform boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction stakeouts.
• Ensure surveys comply with local regulations, standards, and client requirements.
• Assist in preparing reports, drawings, and documentation for submission to authorities or clients.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure accuracy.

Requirements & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor in construction or civil engineering projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and survey software.
• Knowledge of surveying techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret maps, drawings, and site plans.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and travel to project sites
