Land Surveyor

Position: Land Surveyor
Location: Abu Dhabi
Employment Type: Project / Contract / Permanent (as applicable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land, topographic, and construction surveys using total station, GPS, and leveling instruments.
• Perform setting-out works for buildings, roads, utilities, and infrastructure projects.
• Establish and verify benchmarks, control points, and reference lines.
• Prepare and update survey reports, field notes, and as-built survey drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure accurate alignment and levels.
• Verify site conditions against drawings and report discrepancies.
• Ensure surveys comply with project specifications and authority requirements.
• Maintain survey instruments and ensure calibration.
• Support progress monitoring and site measurements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor (UAE experience preferred).
• Proficient in survey instruments Total Station, GPS / GNSS, Auto Level
• Experience in construction and infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
• Good knowledge of site safety procedures.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with roads, utilities, and infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of UAE authority requirements (ADM / DM / RTA / SEWA / etc.).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and survey software.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
