Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor with 5 years of GCC experience in construction and contracting projects. The candidate will be responsible for conducting site surveys, operating advanced surveying equipment, and ensuring accurate measurements to support project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land and site surveys for construction and infrastructure projects.
• Operate and maintain surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS, GNSS, and Theodolite.
• Perform topographic, boundary, and construction layout surveys.
• Establish control points and benchmarks on project sites.
• Interpret drawings, plans, and specifications to execute survey work accurately.
• Prepare survey reports, field notes, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams for accurate implementation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations.
• Verify alignment, levels, and measurements during different construction stages.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in GCC construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and survey calculations.
• Proficiency in surveying software (AutoCAD preferred).
• Good understanding of site coordination and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
