Job Title: Land Surveyor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting site surveys, setting out works, and ensuring all measurements and levels are accurate in accordance with project drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land and site surveys using total stations, GPS, and other surveying equipment
• Verify dimensions, levels, and alignments as per approved drawings
• Prepare survey reports, maps, and as-built drawings
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and local authority requirements
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects (UAE experience preferred)
• Proficiency in using Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, and surveying software
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and site coordination
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
